• Access support in planning your trip and conference experience. 

General Registration is Recommended by Monday the 3rd of March 2025. 

Register now to secure your space in your preferred social/cultural programme activities, as numbers are limited for some activities. Spaces will be available on a first-come, first-served basis following registration. 

Registration Deadline for those needing a Conference/Event visa is Friday the 4th of April 2025. Once registered please email unesco@mtu.ie and include in the subject title Visa Request Letter. Please attach proof of registration to the email. Note: We cannot issue a letter to those who have not registered. Visa information is available here.
